Seawall Maintinance and Repair

Seawalls are commonly installed and forgotten about until you are losing sediment out of your yard or it collapses. We recommend having your seawall inspected and cleaned no longer than every 2 years to keep the best eye on growth and potential damage. Upon completion of your inspection and repair we provide LENDER REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION pertaining to the condition of your seawall. This is needed for almost all homes being sold on the water.

Cracks in your seawall can be detrimental for your property. Along with the possibility of a complete collapse you can be allowing sediment to escape from the foundation of your house or backyard. This can be a serious problem if the sediment is coming from under your home or a nearby deck or patio. We fix these problems by fillings in cracks deep with our custom made cement tubes that reach the back of these cracks and fill them in all the way through.
